I find myself having less and less to say these days as far as journals go. I'm busy trying to move to Boston, and finding an affordable apt. is top priority right now. How have you all been? Is it snowing where you are? The entire outside of my house is a sheet of ice.

I knows very little about landlord/tenant law, but as far as I know there is nothing anyobne can do to prevent you from breaking your lease. they'll make you pay, by way of holding your security deposit and what not but they can't do anything to hold you back from breaking it.
