It's been almost a month since I updated... Time is speeding by. Exciting times though; look at this!

I finally have a set in the queue! I shot this with the amazing Lavezzaro in London, back at the end of December. It was a lovely experience and I can't wait to show you all the results of it smile Previews will be posted in upcoming blogs of mine too, I'm sure...So mark April 23rd on your calendars, guys!

Also, in just five days I'll be heading back down to London for the UK hopefuls shootfest - I can't wait to meet so many of the awesome people from SG! It's going to be a pretty amazing weekend, I'll be shooting a new set with the lovely Miro and there's sure to be lots of pictures and stuff from behind the scenes, so I'll be sure to keep you guys posted with that aswell biggrin

My head can be a messy place sometimes. This is one of the reasons I stayed away from relationships for such a while... Nobody deserves being dragged into my neurotics, and it only gets worse when people crowd me. I desperately need my space.

Still, sometimes people go out of their way to make it seem worthwhile.



I'm so broke lately, I've had so much to pay out and my hours are going down at work... I've taken so much money out of my tattoo fund, it's a bit depressing. My solutions to feeling down at this aren't helping - nights out and retail therapy.


I've made a promise to myself to buckle down after this week, not spend unnecessarily - not even on coffee! - and get my savings back to normal. (I'm not looking forward to it.)
On the plus side, winter is disappearing and we're actually seeing sunshine and clear skies! This makes me a very happy kid - even if it 's still bloody freezing most of the time !

I've had pathetically little time for art; possibly a major contribution to my moodswings. (Like a kid throwing a tantrum. Possibly.)
Still, I finished this oil painting of Katherine:



It got featured on the SuicideGirls instagram/twitter and got a pretty good reception there, so that was pretty exciting.
Also, the usual sketchbook things:


My wacom pen broke, and with the money situation as dire as it is at the moment I really can't afford to shell out 70 for a new one... so that impacted my productivity too. I had so many good projects on the go, and because of that I've sort of had to step back from them all and start from scratch so that was pretty discouraging... I'm gaining momentum again now though, so hopefully I'll be delivering a lot more next time!
