I usually hate winter; I hate being cold, I miss sunlight, I don't like having to wear tons and tons of heavy clothing.
But this year I'm finding ways to enjoy the longer, colder nights that are on their way.. Having lots and lots of hot drinks and playing around with lights.





I'm really enjoying painting by candle light; last night I lit some candles about 8:00pm, curled up and painted till they all went out. Grabbed myself a hot chocolate and when that was gone, I lit some more and carried on painting.

I'm getting tons of artwork done this way so it's great.
Not sure how long my good spirits will last when the real cold weather comes though.. ugh. Snow. :/

I'm trying to get rid of some stuff here, including some doc martens and dresses, see if there's anything to your liking?
