I figured it was time for an update. Since Ive been really fucking busy at doing nothing and then suddenly...BAM

i started working again.

Ive been out of the kitchen for 2 whole godamned months.
I have cried myself to sleep at night cause I thought it was all over.

cause im lame like that.

Now...its ok. I think its going to be ok.
I just want to work under thomas keller. And then everything in life will be set. I was saying to one of the girls tonight..
come hell or high water, I will work there.
and be his sous chef.

Well, I got pretty damned hammered last night with my sous chef, whos a pretty rad guy. Apparently I was yelling at him at the bar alot, which I tend to do. Sam said it was funny. OOO I am funny though.
Then I passed out the moment I got home. Holy fuck was I drunk.
Work is very entertaining, Ill be on the main line tomorrow which is nice. Then, Ill be going home to sleep. weeeee ooo.
Hows was everyones St. Pattys day?
I think the irish car bomb is what did it for me at the end of the night. Damn you Mossim!
Anyways, work again tomorrow...work work work. yay me.
Its weird coming home to an empty house, I cant sleep at night because Im deathly afraid somebody is going to break in. Ive taken to sleeping with one of my knives by the bed.
I also have way to many thoughts going through my head.
