Okay, so I've been drinking Orange Juice and Vodka (Or as some people call them, "Screwdrivers". I reject giving drinks that only contain two components names) all night. I'm not actually sure how many I've had, but it really doesn't matter. It's been a long week, and it's only half way through.

There has been way too much crap in my life lately. But, there has been one significant event that has made me unbelievably happy. I found a childhood friend. I've been searching for her for years. Ever since high school, I kept trying to get in touch with her. She lives in California. I live in New Jersey. For some reason, I just never forgot her. I can't explain, but it was always very important that I found her. I met her briefly, for a week, when I was in 8th grade. We kept in touch for a few years, but then she disappeared. I missed her terribly. And, I found her! It made me very happy.

I turned 23 last week. I'm so old. Though, I figure that if I stay in school, I will never grow old. I read Hollywood's post, and it just reminded me how much I hate birthdays. But, seriously, when you get to the point in your life where you recognize the beauty of youth, where you no just how precious it is, you have the choice of staying young, or growing old (jaded, bitter, complacent). I've been through a lot. I've "battle scars on my hands and my arms," but at the end of the day. I'm still going to be me. And, the most important thing is to love. I sound like a hippie. I get philosophical when I'm drunk. But, even when I'm sober, it's something that I can't forget. In the end, Love is the only thing that matters.

I'm gonna go and comment on a bunch of people's blog's. :-)

Agreed. Futurama is great, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

You know the last time I ran into a childhood... well not friend, she was just an acquaintance, and she came on extremely hard, which was a bit odd. I guess your story is not quite the same I like your approach a lot more.

Birthdays are definitely not my thing either. Every time something seems to go wrong.
