Whoo-- I love that Tosca. I do have some suggestions! These two guys are a little tweakier and have a bit of that b-boy swagger: Prefuse 73 and Dabrye.
Also you would like Bonobo, RJD2 (especially Deadringer) and if you haven't checked out Jazzanova, hop on that shit! Also Blockhead's Music by Cavelight is amazing downtempo/instrumental hip-hop, and I like Boards of Canada for really spacy electronic stuff.
And ooh! Cinematic Orchestra! And Dealdus!
