I am walking on clouds right now...almost literally. Well...
Getting my monroe was really a nice experience. Went to Sub-Q in downtown sacramento and would highly recommend them--especially for a first time. Really cute piercing chick who was really thorough with the cleaning and care lecture. My husband said I didn't even flinch. It's only a mild discomfort right now, and it's been about 5 hours.
Then on to a yuppy chinese venue downtown to have dinner. My sweet honey had called ahead of time and was told that my crush wasn't working that night, so I was pretty satisfied for the evening with my great new twinkle (I posted the pics...if you want to see).

Got to flirt with her a little, but I'm really pretty shy. My husband is better at that type of banter. He wasn't easy on me either...showed her pictures of me posing after my piercing...she did say they were hot...
Had two double shots of Petrone and a little soup...tipped her $10. And she "hopes she'll see us again really soon"......
Stopped at a park on the way home for a toke, and then did my best to pull myself together to greet my mother-in-law at the front door (babysitting angel).
