How about a little levity?
In my job--protecting unsuspecting hospital patients from the germs that lurk under the nails of every nurse and doctor that touches them--I have the important duty of updating our monthly "Commode Communication" bulletin. Actually this was my brainchild because I couldn't find any free bulletin board space to put up our monthy educational newsletter for the staff. So...I talked our engineers into mounting sign holders next to the toilets.
I try to add some humor to cushion the insult of intruding during their very private moment on the toilet. I embellish the newsletters with photos of interesting toilets and outhouses. Check out these cool flower urinals I found --

Actually I remember some time ago being in an airport (Heathrow, I think) where the urinals had little black flies designed into the ceramic. I subsequently read that this makes the gents aim more precisly and cuts down the amount of splashback. We're dirty little buggers us men aren't we...

And yes- I have to admit at having a bit of a fantasy about my wife with two men. Good point that you rose about who they would be. I guess I'd want to be involved cos I'd like to share in the happiness. But it'd be nice to see her getting pleasure from 2 other guys as well. I think it's some sort of perverse / reverse jealousy thing. Either way it works big time for me. Not so much for her. Well in the fantasy at least...... Funny thing is that the idea of me with two women doesn't do anything for me. Well. On reflection I guess it wouldn't be THAT tedious.... See what Chalko reckons.
