Dear lord, it's been a long time since an update.
I've been hella busy, but life is awesome. Such good times I've been having.
School is kickin my ass though. Every night I sweat my assignments, even though just starting they are pathetically easy. Due time isn't until 3 am mountain time and I've developed the bad habit of milking every minute most nights. I did quit working days, so I can sleep in anyway. Week two, semester two and I've maintained a 3.8gpa. I'm pissed though, it'd still be a 4.0 if I hadn't gotten a little ill for a week or so and played hookie one night cause I felt so bla.
I quit smoking pot like a month ago and have been having craaazy vivid dreams all the damn time now. I'm not a fan. I tend to have lots of weird post-apocalyptic nightmares including my old dogs and girlfriends and I'm speaking German. It's disturbing. I wake up sweaty and panicked way too many morn. . . er, afternoons.
One of my dear friends is having her birthday party tomorrow. Everyone is required to wear pink, and we have the PartyCat boat reserved for the night. Oh, fun will be had.
I spent hours today looking all over town for a pink tuxedo shirt with ruffles. You'd think in Key West that wouldn't be hard to find, but alas, no luck at all. But I did find a pretty sharp lookin pink shirt at Ross for a good deal. That and a Rit dyed pink undershirt and socks to match I think is going to be a pretty stylin outfit.
Fantasy Fest is now a mere nine days away. I still don't have costumes, which is kinda lame, but whatever. I'm pretty good at just cobbling something together at the last minute. Besides, I do more shooting than festing. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I have a fuckin blast either way, so I don't care. It's the best party in the world. You shouldn't miss it.
Not much for pictures this time. I'm sure you're relieved anyway.
But just so it's not a total loss I'll throw in a couple.
My kitten, she got sick and didn't make it.
And for a black and white project for school I did a self portrait and called it Never Stop Learning.
