Heh heh, yeah, the nightmare monsters can be pretty messed up in that game. The funny bit about the ass monster though, is that like all monsters in the game, it's inspired by events from the main character's life. It's heavily implied the ass monster is inspired in his nightmare by him having rim-jobbed a certain female character that night :P
