I swear work lately is enough to drive a man to smoke, musta been crazy customer week or something. Last night this lady freaked out on me and told me i was "the worst manager ever" (not the first customer to tell me that) and called my co-worker an asshole. i dig how if you actually follow the rules and stick to the company policies that makes you a bad guy.
