I'm really tired. It's gonna be hard doing this..working 8 hours and then coming home for 30-45 minutes and then going to class for 4 hours and getting out at 9:45. I'm exhausted and I only did it the first time yesterday. It's only 2 days a week, but still! I just want my degree now, okay? Ugh.

It's typical of the treatment that many aboriginal peoples get at the hands of invaders. Even centuries later. My last long-term girlfriend (and still one of my best friends to this day) is the daughter of a chief up here in the NorthWest so I've been heavily involved in the culture for about 9 years now.
You should check out a book called "Stolen Continents" by Ronald Wright. Absolutely astounding and a far cry from the "history" taught in most North American classrooms.
You'll be glad you did.
