so probably about time i edited my page in general:
First, all the pictures of me were at least 2 years old (ahh the wonders of not havinga digital camera). Second, i havent updated my journal in like oh about 3 months.
so here goes. since i should count myself lucky if any of my former sg friends will still talk to me after such a hiatus im gonna keep this update short with more to come later.
so ishould pick up where i left off right? August-the month of august.
so lets see, i was casually dating this total sweetheart of a girl who worked at tat parlour in chicago. we went and saw the kings a nuthin show together which was fun as hell. that was early august-fun times.
then, in late august i ran off to minneapolis to a family wedding-which was actually fun as hell.
mainly because i met the most amazing girl probably ever. i was sort fo standing there bored outo my mind cos i didnt have anybody to dance with and my bro wasnt talking to me cos he was busy hangin out with his gf-when out of the blue the hottest girl ive ever seen walks up to me goes "hey ive been watching you all night. my name's clair. and me and my friends were saying youre the hottest rockabilly boy weve ever seen. if you were 10 years oloder you wouldnt be going home alone tonite".
on top of that i notice an awesome tat she has and ask about it. i tell her it looks familiar. she goes , "its from a book of hours-i used to be a medivalist" and im just stunned so i go, "ask me what i do for living". ( a medievalist, (and i worked with latin psalm commentaries for 3 years)) so needless to say we hit it off. but she lives in NYC so i figure ill never see her again.
i got back to chicago and things with the other girl obviously cooled off a bit. and a few days pass and i hear from clair again. she calls my cell and we set up a date for me to take her out once i return to the east coast-which, gave me a reaon not to hate leaving chicago.
so that was august. next update ill tell about september and then october. and then I PROMISE ill keep things current.
