I just go my copy of Batman: RIP sent to me and I read through it. Holy shit, this was an awesome story. I have read Batman comics since I was a kid and I have read some of the best stories there were to be had, but this was awesome. The Joker couldn't get anymore creepy if he tried. I believe spliting his tongue in two with a straight razor while smiling was without a doubt the sickest thing I have seen in a Batman comic in quite a while.
The story of Bruce Wayne's "death" goes into Final Crisis I guess, but with only 5 weeks left here I will wait til I come home. I did get the chance to find out that Dick Grayson is now Batman after the "Battle for the Cowl" storyline and the new Robin is Wayne's son Damien (which after he was introduced, you kinda knew was going to happen anyway). I can't wait to get home and read them all together. Fun times!
