i'm in love w salt
but in my pregnancy w mandingo, i was soooo swollen for no reason other than salt, i guess
so i wanna try and kick sodium out of my diet sooner rather than later
or at least get used to some of the changes
even if there are certain brands of things i can pick up rather than others
just little tips to help keep my sodium levels now

I haven't been making any cute baby stuffs anyway. Haz Jefer gotten you a sewing machine yet?? lol That way we can have crafty momma diy time together. Maybe then I will feel like making cute baby stuffs.
