FYI..I have made an album with 12 of the pics from my ist rejected set. Feel free to make any comments, give any advice, anything. PLEASE do not comment on the photo quality and lighting...I already know it is crapola...knew it sending them in, but I thought...what the f#*k !

Taking GOOD photos solo is VERY hard to do. Most of the girls who currently do that are already SG photographers (see Cherry) and they are professionals. I would highly recommend sticking to the names of photographers SG gives you and coming out with a really strong concept for your first set.
Check out section 6.36 in the Model FAQ to get a better feel for what SG is looking for.

As far as make up goes, I actually am a make up artist myself...well I went to school for it many years ago, did a bit of make up pro, but quit that to go back to college to do what I am going for now, and actually am on my second diploma (gawd I am going to owe the government lots of $$ when I am done)..but thanks for the advice. MAC is actually one of my fav makeup...it is great for modelling and stage.
Well I hope that I can find a great photographer through here, and now that I know it won't cost me anything, that is even better (it sucks being a poor student!).....thanks much for the advice.
