Thanks guys for the advice....I actually finally found one way to resize my pics when on my computer for my digital camera... but I am still getting used to it, and still for some reason can't save pics if I try to touch them up..weird. Anyways... I am able to shrink them down, so here is one of my pics of my cat Romeo and I on my new cam.
I actually took the pic at night in my apartment so it was dark but the pics turned out awesome! WAAAAAYY better than my other dgital camera. Way better camera to practice with too!

When you say you don't want to spend too much $$ is it because you are under the impression that SG photogs are paid for out of YOUR pocket? Because I can assure you they are not. All photographers that are on the site are paid for by SG, so if you find a good location, have the photographer help you pick through some clothes you already own and maybe go down to a mall and have someone at the MAC counter do your make up, the set shouldn't cost you a dime.
Taking GOOD photos solo is VERY hard to do. Most of the girls who currently do that are already SG photographers (see Cherry) and they are professionals. I would highly recommend sticking to the names of photographers SG gives you and coming out with a really strong concept for your first set.

Hey..thanks for saying hello...no I don't have any pro shots lined up....I am going to have to have a discussion on that with the bf....he is not big on my wanting to be an sg....he says he does not want to see me get hurt by being rejected, but I REALLY think that it makes him feel a bit insecure like he is not enough for me, that I "need" attention from others....so it will have to be something we talk about...again. Sooooo...when I get a better digital cam, I will take some pics myself, see if that works, and if not will get a pro photographer.
