I heartily recommend The Bloggess / Jenny Lawson, for her Twitter hilarity, her blog hilarity, and her awesome book about her life which covers in part how anxiety disorders suck and how her loving husband deals with it in social situations.

I know it's still suck, but hopefully having laughter and knowing you are not alone will make it suck less.

It just means once you get it under control you will be better off dont always look at it as bad
