For me it's like Friday, since I don't have to work again 'till Tuesday. It's very bittersweet. I get to enjoy the (almost always non-existent) sun, but on the other hand I really need the money.... Speaking of money, I almost have enough saved up to get a car that at least runs... Which is good. Now I just need to get my license.
Today I had to get up at 7 so I could head out the door at 8 to make a 40-ish minute walk to work... It was so nice out, but a bit chilly.
I think being out in the sun can do wonders for a person's mood. I am feeling quite happy. Though to be honest that cold be due to any number of things including playing with the nephew, or making a new friend.
We spent a great deal of time at the park... I didn't take any pictures there, but we went across the street and played near the water(it's still too cold to play IN the water)
Once I get the new camera, whether it's sunny or not, I'm going back out to the lake and taking better pictures than my cell phone can take (though I don't think these are TOO bad considering.)
Oh, and I did not forget about it being Wet Wednesday
I am so happy to have "met" Meeee on this site. He is such a sweet guy, and we get along so well. We've been talking so much and I can honestly say that I can't wait for him to come to Washington to visit Joefx and I. I talked to him on the phone for well over an hour yesterday, and it felt like maybe ten minutes had gone by. Soon I'm gonna take his video chat cherry
