ceremony

i finished my paper today with about ten minutes to spare. i spent that precious time before class doing absolutely nothing, where absolutely nothing equals to visiting robin next door and briefly smoking from his hookah.

i feel like a minor weight has been lifted off my chest work-wise, but instead of doing more work i'm guiltily poster-shopping for my room. i can't decide if i want any of the ones i find, or if i do, which ones. posters and art prints are probably unnecessary expenses, but i can use a few unnecessary purchases every so often, when i have money.

i may be domestic and actually cook something for dinner tonight - as in, pasta. i'd be the worst housewife ever, burning down the kitchen and dropping the baby on its head. i can see it now...better have a nanny just in case.

anyway, for anyone who wondered why my username is ceremony - this song is the reason. originally joy division, released by new order after ian curtis's death, and covered by many bands, my favorite of which is xiu xiu.
