so here's how things have gone for me so far today... first, i had some inspiration last night when i was trying to get to sleep... so i had to get up and do sketches until 12:30... woke up at 4:30 to get ready to go into work by 5am. got to work, did what needed to be done (even though the delivery truck with our product didn't show up until 9:30am, which caused some problems, but oh well). busted my ass from the time the truck got there til i got out at 1... keep in mind this is still only on about 4 hours sleep and i'm exhausted (hyped up on nicotine and caffiene). when i got done with work i went to my brother's and the 2 of us went into ATL to an art supply store where i proceeded to drop about $300 on canvas/stretchers, acrylics, brushes, acrylic mediums and a few other supplies. let me tell you i didn't even care. it felt so good to be buying art supplies again that i could have shelled out even more and it wouldn't have phased me. called my dad too... he's sending the rest of my art supplies from his place to me in the mail... i hope he can do that without too much trouble. then went back to my brothers, watched conan the barbarian starring the governor of california. does anyone know what goes on in that movie... aside from him wanting revenge and eventually getting it? i have no idea what the rest of the weird shit that happened in that movie meant or where they were going with it. there were boobies in it, but none of them were as impressive as the one's here on SG. we basically sat there and did mystery science theater dialogue through the whole thing. then, headed home around 7:30. stopped at home depot to pick up some drop cloth... since i have no real studio space i will be converting my bedroom into a make-shift one... so i need to cover the carpet. got home, went to do some work and realized i had forgotten to get brush cleaner. so i scrapped that idea and watched the end of stir of echoes. it's now about 10:30 and i have been up for 18 hours on about 4 hours of sleep. someone shoot me please.

tomorrow... back to work, then to the little craft store near here to get brush cleaner... then i will start getting some serious art shit done.

but for now... SLEEP!
