so i've been down here for less than a week and i might already have a job by the weekend. i was up staying at my dad's for 2 months and couldn't even score a job. it's not probably the best job in the world, but it pays money and at this point that's all i need. if i feel like it i might look for something else later on, but for now whatever comes first i'm taking.

went to an asian buffet for dinner tonight. my brother said it was one of the best around. i don't know what buffets he's been eating at, but it sure wasn't that great in my books. the hostess told my brother he looked like a young matt damon... now this wouldn't be too bad except most everyone tells him that and i think it's starting to go to his head. unfortunately, i can kinda see where their coming from, but i told him we'd have to let some air out his largely inflated head before we could get him out the door of the restaurant.

it's been 70 degrees here the past 2 days and that's just a little weird for me considering it's already december. but i'm not gonna complain because at least i know there won't be any snow here.

somebody tell me a funny story about something that happened to them this week... i could use a good laugh. or how about a dumb joke... that would do too.
