Silly Darby... peeing and pooping in the house isn't cool!
i'm working on housebreaking her now. apparently she never was... excellent!
the other big problem is that the peeing is only when i go away for a few hours (so it's my punishment)... i might have to crate her when i go out for a while until she learns not to pee in my bedroom when i leave (and that i wll come back). which of course means buying a crate (or finding one that i can borrow that's the right size). i think i'll make that one of my adventures today.
aside from that things here are going well. went on a date saturday with a cutie... taking her out again weds. i've got friends coming up this weekend for a "small" party (well if they all don't bail on me last second sonsabitches!). oh and most importantly i go for my road test tomorrow afternoon to get my drivers license back! woohoo! i will be legally driving again... lol. you know i'm gonna be taking roadtrips!
so, questions of the day:
if you have a dog what was the most successful method of housebreaking them that you used?
AND
if i decide to take a decent roadtrip who wants me to come visit them, sleep on their couch and eat all their food? LOL

Let me know if you get anything to work.. my livingroom rug is almost done for, but I can't even steamclean and work with my cat till the other one finds a new home.
I find myself taking the occasional power nap, too, especially on days off. We are getting rather old. Ugh. As for the landmines - they aren't the sort that blow up legs or such; they just make my day a little less bearable. And sleepless.
