so i took an hour and a half walk on the communities private beach this morning... then i came back here and waited for my washer/dryer combo to get delivered... lookit me i'm all domestic. actually i just hate laundromats so this was the only other option.. lol.
there is a young glassblower in erie, pa (about 30-45 minutes from here) who is interested in meeting me and possibly working with me. he just graduated college last year i believe so he'll have enough motivation for both him and i.
there is also a fully functioning glass studio between brocton and fredonia... which i didn't know existed until i stopped into one of the galleries that used to sell my stuff when i was in college and the owner went nuts and informed me of the place. it's owned by a middle age couple and i'm hoping to if nothing else exchange working for them and being an assistant for some free studio time of my own. so i'm going to be checking those things out soon.
i think fo rnow though i will be heading back to the beach to take some pictures so that i can post them on here and make you all uber jealous and give you all incentive to want to come visit me and keep me company.

But glassblowing, that sounds fun. I've always wanted to try glassblowing but never had the opportunity. Hmm, perhaps I should look into that....
Anyway, glad you got into the new place.
