ok, so even though i've been using the beta (which is now the new and improved SG) for a while i still have my concerns. i mean don't get me wrong it looks fantastic!
however:
where did the balloons next to my friends names go to to notify me it's their damned birthday??... if i hadn't remembered Lucy's birthday i would not have received my "balloon" reminder.
are there still problems with approving new friend requests or did they finally get that bug worked out? when i was using beta before i would have to log into the "old" SG site to approve freinds cuz i couldn't do it on here. so at this point they either fixed it or i will never have new friends again... lol
oh, does it seem that the site is moving slower than usual? from the home page it took almost 32 seconds for my personal page to load in... i know, i know... it's only 32 seconds, but i'm impatient... usually if a site hasn't loaded in the first 15 seconds i go somewhere else instead.
oh, and i really don't like that they only show 3 friends journals at a time in a tiny section on one of the many pages. once again... impatient (and lazy for that matter).. i don't want to have to click to have 3 more friends journals pop up... seems like i'm wasting time somehow.
um, yeah, those are my gripes... there seem to be more than i thought, but really and honestly i'm sure i'll adjust... i've done it how many times now since i've been a member? too many to count at this point. plus, the site really does look nice... all spiffy and shiny (and only a little bit like myspace... lol)

ok, ok... so i have had all of my concerns answered for me in the SG middle school group... i'm sure there are tons of threads around reposting the info and hints on how to navigate the new site properly.
so, disregard most of my complaining... like i said... i've gone through other complete site overhauls before... so i'm not gonna complain, cuz after the first few you learn to adjust... adaptation people... it's what allows species to survive... if you don't adapt you die!
