More bad news today. 
I got a call from my mom today asking if I had been home in the past 24 hours, which I hadn't. She sounded upset and said she'd call me back.
Two hours later, she called to inform me that the cops were at her house. Someone had stolen all of her jewelry, my grandparents jewelry, and some of mine.
Whoever did it ignored the four laptops and ipad and went straight for the personal jewelry. They took really personal things like mementos from my and my sister's childhood, my grandparent's wedding rings, my grandfather's class ring, my mom's class ring.
Who the hell would do this?!
Honestly, I'd trade my laptop to have those things back.
