The Perfect day

So there's a new homework that came out and I figured I would jump on it immediately. If I'm getting it right, the SGs and hopefuls are being asked to describe the perfect day.

Perfection is a very scary concept to me. I'm used to flawed, and I adore flawed. Perfect alabaster skin with a slight spattering of freckles with the slightest hint of dimples scares me, as I've had a very flawed experience of life. For the perfect day, I wouldn't be able to do anything that required a huge amount of planning, or any really. There's no way that rushing around trying to make appointments and such would have the soothing effect I'd want out of the time.

I suppose the perfect day would start with me rising from bed with an appetite, something I'm not used to. A light breakfast of Bacon and eggs (scrambled, with a little onion mixed in, maybe a touch of garlic), potatoes sliced thin and cooked, a single slice of toast with raspberry jam, and a glass of water or apple juice. I imagine the perfect day would call for the perfect weather, which would sit at a nice 25 degrees centigrade with a stiff breeze to cool you off in the heavy sun. A few clouds would spatter the sky (You need something to watch float by).

I would spend the day with Erin, walk up mount royal and spend the early part of the day in the park, watching clouds go by, climbing trees, just wasting time. I might have a drink or two, bring a picnic to sit down with. Once evening came we would head back into the downtown core, and maybe go watch a movie, and kill time until 6 when we would go out to dinner. I'm thinking the Keg.

once we got home, I'd love the weather to turn dark and ugly, see a harsh, sudden storm just roll in and kill the power, force us to light a few candles, play a few board games or just cuddle until the lights came back on. It would an ultimate day of relaxation and enjoyment. No stress at all, just fun.
