I was shut out of my account for about 3 weeks and no matter how many emails I sent nothing happened I even called the SGHQ office in LA 3 times which is not all that easy from here in Aus as I had to do so at about 2-3 am in the morning to get them prior to midday which didn't make a difference in the end as I only ever got onto their answering machine, yet they still did not respond so I was starting to get really pissed off, as I thought they had kicked me off for no reason that was clear to me. As it turned out it was just a system fuck up, so I am glad to be back again.
