So I am off to Melbourne on Thursday for a friend's birthday party on Friday.
Anyway, my friend works at a bank and his wife is a school teacher. They are both turning 40. I was initially going to get them a feeldoe and jerseys in their favourite club colours (St Kilda & Adelaide) but that is just too fucking expensive for a present that (at least half) will hit the bin within 5 minutes of opening. $100 for each jersey and $280 for a feeldoe. So I have gone down market with club scarves and a strap on instead. Should still achieve the same facial reactions. For about a split second he will be thinking submissive heaven before she lets out a long and low "ew".
I can't get totally plastered as I am taking the Mouse down with me. She is better although I have had the flu since Sunday. Typically I wait until after the crisis to get ill. I am on the mend now and should be able to handle 96 hours of non stop giving of attention to the Mouse.
