in a coffee shop far far away.....(top fuel of west hollywood)....
there was a girl....(me!!)....
and some friends with amazing photography talent.....(shalome and bean).....
ladies and gentelmen. i bring you one of the last acts of decadence and debotchery to have happened in the late great top fuel coffee shop. once owned by a great and sober man, modeled after an oc alano club. it was an amazing place to hang out. punk rock juke box (where i learned of t.s.o.l., and all the lyrics to cherry bomb), crappy but useful coffee, allowance to smoke inside, and open till four am. taken over by a crack head, and eventually run into the ground, it's now a hot dog joint. boo!
was it seedy? yes. disgusting? yes. gross? yes.
did they film a few pornos there? yes.
but hey, i called it home for three years.....full set here!!
