Blah! I need stimulation! I could have gone to a metal show with my b-friend and some friends but I don't really like metal and there's no where to sit down. I'm such a wiener. I had my first appoinmemt witha counselor 2day but she had to cancel. That's good cuz I was really nervous about it 4 some reason. I get to go to a white trash party 2marrow night. I'm gonna get shit faced and dance the night the night away. Hopfuly.

You mention that you are going to visit with a counselor for the first time, although you do not state why. I should let you know that there is an SG group here called "Depression Outlet" that might be very helpful to you.
