the folsom street festival was interesting. okay i might even go so far as to call it fun. any event that lets you wander the public streets with beer in hand has something going for it. i can't say the costumes really interested me all that much. at least not on the gay guys, but if i were a girl i would go so broke buying corsets. if only there were an equivalent for boys. sigh... one nice thing was the clubs all opened in the daytime and weren't charging to get in. much sick dancing ensued to be followed by a near complete collapse from exhaustion by 10. i'm gonna have to go into training if i really intend on staying up to 4 in the morning on a regular basis.

as for an update on the dating thing, i'm afraid it will probably just remain dating. i like her well enough but i'm afraid she's just too much of an exhibitionist for me. normally girls dressing to impress has the suitably correct effect on me but when she starts making out with strange boys on the floor because she thinks it might turn me on is just not my cup of tea. nor is the possibility of bringing him and his girlfriend home with us either. i guess i'm stuck looking for the perfect combination madonna/whore. the first step is to admit you have a problem.
