Today starts 12 weeks of paleo eating. I think these first few weeks are going to suck, but if I can stick it out, I think it's going to be great. I need to get back to some clean eating after all the holiday crap I had.

I've also started a new diet but only because of financial reasons, healthy eating is way cheaper for us.
