Things have certainly taken an interesting turn. I spent Friday night with my friend Mike's ex-girlfriend Rachel. And I am currently planning a picnic with her, as well as Julie, the most recent girl he used to have sex with. Yes, the same girl he cheated on Rachel with. The three of us are going to have a picnic, probably next week. Julie's bringing cookies, Rachel's bringing bread, and I'm making chicken spaghetti. We're gonna lay out a blanket at the park and chat and eat and drink wine. That's so funny to me. Mike doesn't know I've hung out with Rachel. He knows we're talking and that was enough to upset him. He'd be even more upset if he knew about Friday (her boyfriend was). He'll probably be upset when he finds out about the picnic. But I don't care. They're cool gals and I need the company. I'm a lonely, lonely man and if two girls want to go on a picnic with me, I'm not going to turn them down. Even if I wasn't lonely, I still wouldn't turn them down, just because it's hilarious. We often joke about me going to "secret" meetings with all of Mike's ex-girlfriends, ex-lovers, and girls he used to have crushes on... Looks like I'm actually working on it now. I should be a character on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
