wow. this earthquake/tsunami that hit asia is unbelievable. my heart goes out to everyone who lost family, friends, or their homes. i can't even begin to comprehend the fact that over 20,000 people died.
why is it that newscasters sound so damn excited about this kind of thing? the bigger the disaster the more crazed they seem. ugh, they make me sick. i thought i'd seen a new low in the news when they started treating murder cases like soap operas. but oh no, they always manage to sink just a bit lower.
