Well, two more hopefuls announced their departure today. And more people ragged on them for being immature and sore losers. The usual.
One thing that rubs me the wrong way is that while moderators and such say not to engage with someone if they are annoying you (essentially the golden rule), and not to be unecesarily harsh in feedback, other folks are saying that drama is the fun of the site, we are not i kindergarten, etc.
I personally could use a little kindergarten in my life right now but I certainly don't expect to find it here. On the other hand, the reason I took my naked services here is because i like to model and im not going to be cookie cutter about it. But if part of the culture of this site is to attract drama and naysayers who are looking for people to rip into, then im not sure how i feel about being naked on it.
Im not a big follower of the mainstream nudie businesses, but the last time i checked it not part of Playboy's culture to be a jackass to models and aspiring models. So if this is supposed to be a more revolutionary establishment then I dont understand how that works.

A study of the instinctual attitudes that we all share and exhibit in our own unique ways can make the behaviour of the unsavoury and unpleasant types you refer to much easier to comprehend and view in a detached and sadly amused way. A sense of power and superiority is extremely satisfying to people who feel weak and frightened. There's nothing pleasant about witnessing their behaviour or being on the receiving end but it is possible to feel nothing but sympathy for those to whom decency and compassion are completely foreign concepts. Think of how unsatisfying and transitory most of their relationships will of necessity be. Seen in that light, they don't seem terribly menacing and there is just no motivation to engage them on their level. I've had a really good feeling about you from the beginning and it bothers me to think that messed up people are causing you any discomfort or unpleasantness.
