Dear Fingertips,
Look.
I've invested a lot of time in this guitar. I am bound and determined to have relative proficiency with it by the time I graduate. It's really quite a nice guitar, and given my affinity for music--specifically, producing it--I would greatly appreciate it if you could get on board with me, since I really need your cooperation. I know it hurts right...

I keep telling my guitar I have a headache, and that I have to wash my hair.
Today's Autumn is a stretch after a long sleep: crystalline and breezy, full of light and vitality. The leaves haven't really started to turn, but I can already hear them crackling and whispering amongst themselves, impatiently awaiting their impending metamorphoses. Everyone's excited to be wearing long sleeves and light jackets--I've seen scarves and sweatshirts and peacoats already--because there's something comforting in being bundled and layered,...

I burn thru Ann Rule and Jack Olsen books in two days. And the Fletch books are fast, fun reads, too.
Reading kicks so much ass. I really do feel sorry for illiterates.

Anyone seen Rescue Me? I've seen a few episodes now, and I tuned in to the shiny new one just in time to see Denis Leary in one HOT fucking sex scene with this chick. And it follows Nip/Tuck on Tuesday! That's way too much back-to-back sex for my poor unfulfilled libido to take. And yet, here we are.
F/X is now officially...

I hate that I missed those shows this week. Oh well.
I wonder if Dr. Cavalier purposefully gave us until tuesday to discuss "The Purloined Letter", you know, seeing as how nobody in our group fucking read it. Go us for stretching out that "Fall of the House of Usher" discussion for as long as possible.

New pictures! They're not provocative by any stretch of the imagination, I'm afraid, but I just went over to the Environmental Center to take a bunch of random pictures, and inside the building they've got lots and lots of tinted glass. Tinted glass is fun! I took pictures of other stuff besides myself, but I didn't figure you'd care too much about those, so, yeah....

I think I'm going to have to get my navel repierced. I took the ring out for like, two days a couple of weeks ago, and it started to heal up right away-- even though I've had the damn thing for three years and I barely ever take it out. So I tried to put the ring back in, and instead, I made a new...

From what I have heard, Navel piecings are one of the toughest ones to keep, that and eyebrow piercings. The body tends to grow them out, or rather push them..LOL
Speaking of Gaiman, I have 3 panes from book 9 of the sandman series tattooed on my left lag..Just a random bit info for you..

Wow, it's been almost a week since I've written here. Sorry about that. And to those of you who have written comments and not gotten replies? Until recently, I did what is apparently a Typical Dumbass Newbie move and posted all my replies in MY journal instead of the respective commenters' journals. So, you know. Check the entry you posted to and see if there's...

So, if I wasn't straight? I would totally be in love with Krash. Actually, upon giving it more consideration, I might actually be in love with her anyway. She's gorgeous and she draws like oh my fucking god.
Instead, I just had to settle for submitting a friend request. Krash? Be my friend, please? Or! Maybe I can borrow your identity for a day...
