so i have this tihngs goin on right now....
i lose, i repeat, lose my shit when i see any sort of uniformed funeral service. it can be a movie, a tv show, or a real funeral. i just start thinkin about my friend jason dying in his truck on some damned iraqi road in diwaniyah. and how his body didnt even come home.
the worst ones are the funerals on tv shows involving firefighters or policemen. i just watched the 3rd season of "rescue me" and saw a police funeral. i bawled. i bawled like a little girl. i didnt know what else to do.

oh and some injured friends got a pass from BAMC in san antonio. arnold, missing parta left leg. rose, fucked up right leg. it was good to see them. awkward. but good to see them up and active.
