so i have done absolutely nothing today but i should be packing.... Vietnam in a few days to relax and have a holiday which im really looking forward to.

So in my boredom and with the suggestion of an awesome SG member i put some new photos up in my photo folder... so have a look and feel free to give me some suggestions of photos i should take

also taekwondo starts at the Olympics in a one week!!! so excited! i hope my good friends on the team really perform and kick some ass!
