I am feeling better, thanks. I still can't sit for more than a few minutes at a time.

Thanksgiving was good, spent the day at my parents house. I got to see my niece again, she is 5 months old and totally adorable.

The rest of my weekend has been shot to hell, obviously. I feel like my body is beginning to betray me.

Don't forget that anti-depressants often allow your brain to produce the chemicals it is supposed to be producing naturally, but for whatever reason isn't.
