Today, working out at the gym I go to, was the twin of the guy who plays Clark Kent on Smallville. If I thought the real actor had some reason for being in LR I would totally think it was him. He had ENORMOUS arms and I quite enjoyed watching him, slyly of course, work out. Gotta love a hot guy, sweating profusely, making faces while lifting in front of a huge wall of mirrors all those hot virgin arms needed was some ink...hmmmm...just one more reason I love working out and I love the gym!! My workout wasn't the best today, not because of the Superman distraction, just because it is so damn hot and I don't have much energy at all. The upside of the heat is that I've been drinking lots and lots of water, which is good.
