I LOVE looking like a complete dork in my profile pic 
I took a few pics today, but since I am on someone elses computer with someone elses photo edit program, i'm having a hard time resizing so I don't look all distorted. So perhaps this one will stay until I get home this weekend.
Last night was the great Dyngus Day Pub Crawl complete with free shuttle service between all the bars in town. I guess I never realized how many bars this little town has. It was great hanging out with my sister and brother and their spouses and friends. I drank, danced, drank, flirted, oh and drank some more. I saw faces that I remembered but the names completely escaped me. Not caused by too much beer but by age...I've been out of high school a long damn time afterall! Again, memories were ever present, mostly good ones...in fact, I only thought about the good ones.
Today I spent the morning with my mom shopping at the outlet mall and she and I had lunch together. She and I don't often have time alone together, so it was extra wonderful to have the girlie time together, chatting and trying on clothes.
I was going to go to Brookfield Zoo tomorrow, my favorite zoo of all, but I don't think the weather is going to cooperate. So I might just go to the little zoo down the street before the weather gets bad.

I hope you had a good trip home, honey. Home can either be a fulfilling journey or a crystal clear reminder of why you don't live there anymore. Which one was it for you? A little of both.
