Memories of the past that change nothing
All of the evils we still do
All of the useless petty cruelities
All of the rare and random joys we seem to misunderstand
The power that leaks from between our fingers
The simple little voices whispering in our ears
distracted foolish little immature assholes
the laughingstock of the universe, the arrogant earth
The center of nothing but a race of infants playing at God
