so, it's mid-january, and st. john's, newfoundland, has no snow. and it's WARM. i don't care what the reasons behind this weather are, all i know is that i LOVE it.

i'm fucking swamped with schoolwork.

school is stressing me out, and i've been getting intense cravings for nicotine. i haven't had a cigarette in over three months, but this past week, i've literally had to fight the urge everyday. today, i actually went to the store and stood in line, and ran out at the last minute before i could buy a pack.

more importantly than the resurfacing of my bad habits, i'm extremely interested in someone who hasn't shown the slightest interest in me. this is the first time in a long time i've formed a crush on someone that didn't hit on me first. i'm excited to have this secret. it's fun to hang out with someone, and have these feelings, but never let on.
