Update update update!
Oh what an amazing day. Well it didn't start out amazing, I got to work early this morning to finish off my big project in excel and was so proud and got it done on time and presented it to my VP with gusto and he just nodded at it AND mentioned a tiny bad thing I had done last week four times! So my bubble was indeed popped for the day. I had brought my lunch in but I was so pooped I decided to go home for lunch. To my sheer joy I had a message waiting for me from a placement agency that I had sent my resume into on friday about a dream job. Well I called her back and I have an interview TOMORROW at 1pm (EST) so if any of you have nothing to do around say, that time send me good positive thoughts pretty please!! This job would turn my life around!
Other amazing news. I am in love with the world's most AMAZING man I swear. Remember how I was super down about not being able to buy the plane tickets to Boston because the price shot up so high? Well my sweet man is driving up Thursday night, staying over and then Friday morning we're going on a "Jeep Adventure". He won't tell me where and quite frankly I want him to keep it a secret, it's far more exciting that way. Oooooh I'm so excited I could implode! Amazing amazing week I tell ya. AND to top it all off I found out today that Monday (July 4th) which I was counting on taking off and it being unpaid I'm getting the day off PAID because i've accumulated a day off! Schweet! So my baby arrives Thursday night and i'm off till the following Tuesday. SO great. I'm on cloud nine, a bit nervous for tomorrow but i'm sure it will go well, as long as I remember to take out my lip piercing before the interview! *wish me luck*
