i'm unhappy and tired today. i'm not miserable or crying or anything, just bleh, down, lazy. i'm hoping it's just hormones. i'm pretty sure it is..that and i'm probably fighting off this cold that is going around the office. i'm just kind sick of my bod. i'm frustrated. i want the energy and the spirit to be in the gym 6 days a week. i can barely get there for one.
