if you look outside or on your calendar it appears to be a day like any other. but unbeknownst to many it is a very very special day for me. i weighed myself this morning and for the first time in easily 10 plus years i'm under 200lbs. 
it's both strange and wonderful. as of this morning i'm 198.5 and 5'8". sure still sounds BIG for my height you might say, but considering I have been up to 260lbs and recently started working on loosing weight from 230lbs downwards, it's one hell of a "snap" i'll give myself.
in other news last night I saw Schism13 for the last time before he leaves for Alberta for an undetermined amount of time. i gave him a good spanking with my riding crop (see Halloween journal) and bound myself up in my corset which didn't stay on very long.
i will miss him, but i'm not sad which is strange. i guess i realised that i enjoyed the time we had together, and if he's ment to come back then it will happen. sometimes you just have to realise that you can't control everything in life, some things have to just flow like a river.
today is the vote for the neighbours to the south. i'm crossing my fingers that good will come of this for them. i don't know enough about American politics to really say who is the best candidate but though my minimal influences which consists of Michael Moore documentaries and co-worker discussions at lunch, i'm hoping that Kerry will win. to my United-statian friends all i can ask you to do is to get off your tushes and vote, especially you ladies! so many women worked so hard so that you could have that right, don't abuse it girlies!!
