Well I went on the date. I'll spare you all the details of the 8 1/2 hours we spent playing pool and drinking and talking on the date. He's nice..kinda looked like his pic. I'll tell yas the longer I spent with him the more comfortable I felt and the more I liked him. Well turns out he was engaged and his fiance left him in July...well needless to say, I don't think he's really over her. She still has the key, and he says they are good friends and sometimes sleep in the same bed still etc etc. 
Well we go to his place after like 8 hours on this date and his ex is sitting on the couch eating a bowl of pasta watching tv. Well..he wouldn't let me upstairs to his place (this is what he told me because he had to make sure no one was home). Well despite her not living there anymore, she still has the key.
I think those few words "she still has the key" turned me off slightly. In other words, he's not free of the ex, and in my mind that smells like potential problems. Oh well...have a nice sunday all, luv yuz
