Worked through my fat/sugar withdrawls last night. Had such a craving for chocolate cake, but didn't let it take over. Instead I chewed gum, paced around my flat, and decided to go get a library card only to find it was closed on Mondays. So I came back home and made myself a cup of tea. I am starting to feel the weight loss, thankfully because it's not showing too much on the scale. Since I'm working my muscles a lot and I can feel and see them. So it's not showing up as weight lost on the scale, but inches off my bod.

This isn't easy. I was talking to a friend about the cravings and withdrawls I was having and she had similar experiences. It's comparable to a hardcore smoker going cold turkey. I get anxious, nervous, fidgety, aggresive and grumpy.

However, I did make it through, and didn't sleep that well since the tea I had prob had caffeine in it. This morning I felt sick, not like weak sick but like nausious, same as I'm feeling now. It's not diet enduced, so don't start telling me that it's bad to be on a diet. It's probably a bug, or I dunno something I ate or whatever. This morning I had 1/2 cup speacial K w/ 1% milk and a Minigo. For lunch a hard boiled egg and a banana. Bleh...not a very glam lunch. Im gonna have some steak or tuna for supper tonight I think.

Anyway can't wait for the day to be over..I wanna go home. blackeyed
