Hey so member a couple days ago when I has happy with my job? I was lying. I had to quit today.
Lemme tell you a story...Stylist are notoriously a wacky, bunch of people. To be honest alot of them couldn't cut it anywhere else, (no pun intended) I've personally never worked at a "crazy salon" but I have now. I had a bad vibe I should have listened to when they hired me. Only one other stylist? Everyone else recently left? Red flags... My first week the owner has some sort of fit...breaks down sobbing saying she hates her job, her husband (who is the receptioniist) doesn't care about her, throwing things crying...ok maybe she's having a bad day we ARE moving the salon, maybe she is stressed. So this passed Saturday she comes in shaking, like maybe drunk? super not stable then very dramatically passes out in the backroom sobbing and shaking and telling us not to call an ambulance. I thought she was having a sezuire. She left for the day, other people covered her clients,.Today she yells at ME for not packing flat irons in a certain order. I do not need to deal with that. She was unpacking everything I did, weird old tweaker. Saturday what I did was perfect and today she said she had to redo everything I did. Fucking nutbar!
Also she's been doing hair for 14 years, and she fucked up my bangs! Booo! Hisss!
Remember kids... drugs are bad.
I tried but my crazy threshold only goes so far. I really needed that job too.
In much better news, I got my tickets to Cali. this weekend. Watch out now.<3
